Volume – creates the price Traders know that the volume is important as part of the Techncial Analysis process, but most don’t really know how to read it. The price fluctuates simply because people are coming and going, volume moving in and out. This is the momentum that creates the trend, so if you can understand if more or less volume is coming or going then you can really start to read the market flow. We teach you the rules for understanding how to read the volume, bar for bar. Its very important as it confirms the price action. For example, if the price is moving up but there are less and less people buying, then it’s not going far is it? But you normally would know this just by looking at the price.
